Terms of Service

TBON GmbH, Schaffhauserstrasse 126, 8302 Kloten (ZH), Switzerland, operates Volta, a software platform for analytics, advice and management of digital channels (social, websites and advertising) that the agency uses on behalf of its clients. By using Volta you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Volta is a professional tool reserved for TBON and for expressly authorized agency clients, through accounts created by TBON. You must be at least 18 and have the authority to connect the profiles and accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.

Volta connects, through the platforms’ official APIs (including TikTok, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Ads), to the profiles and accounts you or TBON authorize. By connecting a channel you declare you have the right to do so and you authorize Volta to read its data and metrics and — only if you expressly enable it — to prepare or publish content on your behalf.

You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the channel in Volta or from the settings of the source platform.

You agree to use Volta in compliance with the law and with the terms of the connected platforms (including the TikTok Developer Terms and the policies of Meta, LinkedIn and Google). In particular you must not: circumvent technical or security limits, attempt unauthorized access, resell or expose other people’s data to third parties, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes.

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. A client’s profile data is processed by TBON as processor, on that client’s behalf. For data deletion see the dedicated page. Privacy Policy · Data deletion

The Volta software, its design and its contents remain the property of TBON. The data, content and assets you connect or upload remain yours: you grant us only the limited licence needed to provide you the service.

Volta is provided “as is”. We work for a reliable service but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or the availability or accuracy of data returned by third-party APIs. The analyses and suggestions generated (including through artificial intelligence) support your decisions and are not a guarantee of results.

To the extent permitted by law, TBON is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Volta, including loss of data, revenue or opportunity.

We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these Terms or of the policies of the connected platforms. You may stop using the service at any time; on request we remove your data as described on the Data deletion page.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. The Terms are governed by Swiss law, with jurisdiction at the company’s registered office (Kloten, Canton of Zurich), save for mandatory consumer-protection rules.
