Data deletion

To request deletion of the data processed by Volta, email hello@tbon.ch with the subject "Data deletion request", stating the profile or account concerned.

• The metrics, content and audience data stored for the profile concerned.
• Uploaded assets and the scheduled posts linked to them.
• The connected access tokens.
• The dashboard login account, if any.

We process requests and delete the data within 30 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.

You can also revoke the app’s access to your Meta data yourself: go to Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites in your Facebook/Instagram account and remove the TBON Social Sync app. From then on we receive no new data; to delete what’s already stored, still send the request to the address above.
